The prices are day and flat: in apartment Alpinae/Pinus Alpis for 2 persons and in apartment Dolomieu for 4 person minimum occupation. Accomodation, bed linen, heating, water, gas, electricity and final cleaning included. All fees and taxes are included in price, except the local tax. The amount of local tax is determined by the local deliberation of the comunity where the accommodation in force a the time of stay.
Prices per day are depending on season and number of guests.

- Dinner: Restaurant zur Quelle will spoil your palate with culinary raffinate menus. Finest foods of the south Tyrolean and Italian kitchen with exclusive wines.
- basket gourmand: in your aparmtent with coffe, milk, tea*, butter, marmelade*, syrup*, herbs salt*, eggs, apple juice, compote*, müsli, yoghurt, honey*, cheese, cold cuts, fresh apples. To book with your apartment.
- Bread service: fresh and crisp bread is available daily at on request. Please order your bread the day before within 4.00 pm.
- Internet: you can surf trough Internet wireless (against payment).

- Oven: special foods need special equipment. Gladly you can rent an oven. We calculate 4.00 € a day.
- Children: Family vacation is a special kind! You need more room in the car. We rent you a high chair and a cot for 10.00 € a day. On reservation we can give you baby phone and a bottle warmer.
- Microwave: You need a fast warm up? No problem with the microwaves for 4.00 € a day.
- Daily cleaning: gladly we clean your apartment every day. For this service we charge € 35.00 a day for apartment Alpinae/Pinus Alpis and € 50.00 for apartment Dolomieu; without cleaning of the kitchen corner and without bed linen change.
- Washroom: to clean your daily laundry we have a room with a washing and drying machine. Per wash course and dryer we charge € 5.00.
- Pick-up service from the nearest bus station or train stop for a charge.
- Sofa bed or baby bed: price per person until 13,99 years 10.00 - 15.00 € a day, from 14 to 17,99 15,00 - 20.00 €, after 17 years old 20.00 - 25.00 € a day;
- Short stay: under a stay of 7 days we ask an additional charge of 35,00 euro for apartment Alpinae/Pinus Alpis and 50,00 euro for apartment Dolomieu.
- Pets: we ask all animal owners for your understanding, that the four legged friends with own cot are accepted if there is an agreement. Price a day 15.00 € without food. In the interest of all other guests the four legged can not enter barns and sunbathing area. In respect to the other guests and our animals we ask you always to put a leash on your dog. In the apartment it is not allowed to your pet to lay on the sofa or the bed. Furthermore in South Tyrol in al public service transportation there is the obligation to wear the muzzle on your dog. Thank you for your comprehension.
Useful information
- Arrival and departure day are freely selectable. On the day of arrival we are happy to welcome you from 4 p.m. on. Please call us, if you arrive after 6 pm. We ask you to liberate the apartment/room on the day of departure by 9 am. Earlier arrivals or later departures are possible based on availability and on enquiry.
- Reservations: Please keep in mind: The confirmation of reservation becomes binding upon receipt of the down payment (reservation guarantee) and the delivery of the confirmation is binding and subject to a charge. The down payment will be withheld upon cancellation of a reservation. The reservation is binding only after receiving the down payment for the reservation.
- Payment options: You can pay your bill the day before you are leaving. Gladly we accept cash payment or bank credit transfer on arrival.
- Travel cancellation insurance for your holidays in the realm of the Sciliar. : To protect yourself if you are forced to cancel your reservation for health or other valid reasons, we suggest that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy. We recommend the “TRAFUNSHOF-Stornoschutz”, the “European Travel Insurance” Plus o Premium Read here for further information about it. Unfortunately, in accordance to the Consumer Protection Code no right of withdrawal is entitled to you. We would still like to offer you a right of withdrawal on the cancellation terms according to the general business terms. It is explicitly stated in the relevant provisions of law Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
