Payment: we preferr a payment with cash for amounts under euro 999.00 or by bank transfer.

Booking: Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of confirmation (booking confirmation) and the sending of booking confirmation. Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation. The following cancellation policies also applies:

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB

There is not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lg.s 206/2005) - yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions:

• Bookings my be cancelled up to 90 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained. Cancellations made by guests on or after the 90 day prior to set arrival date are subject to the following cancellation conditions:
• Cancellations made up to 90 days to 30 days prior set holiday date 70% of agreed total price.
• Cancellations from the 30th to the 7th day prior to set arrival date 80%, of total price.
• Cancellations within a week before the start of the journey 100%. For delayed arrivals as well as departures 100% will be billed. Even in case of no show.

The cancellation must be in written form at the management office within the above mentioned periods. Consumer’s protection: Explicitly expressed in the law statutes art. 45-67 of the Italian consumer’s protection code.

• Travel cancellation insurance for your holidays in the realm of the Sciliar. : To protect yourself if you are forced to cancel your reservation for health or other valid reasons, we suggest that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy.  We recommend the Copertura assicurativa della Europäischen Reiseversicherung”. Read here for further information about it. Please send us a copy of executed bank transfer, if you have decided to procure the insurance.
• Consumer’s protection: Explicitly expressed in the law statutes art. 45-67 of the Italian consumer’s protection code.
• Data protection: For the purpose of the GvD Nr. 196/2003 we would like to inform you that your personal data is being used exclusively for your application and the information is stored and will not in any way be given to a third party or given out. With regard to the data processing all rights are yours according to Art. 7 from the GvD Nr. 196/2003. The holder of rights is Mahlknecht Iwan. You may obtain further information regarding your rights here.

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the
entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association
of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and
