To the paradise without car - The guests of the Trafunshof benefit from numerous mobility advantage offers
The Alpe di Siusi is distant from Trafunshof nearly 15 km. You can reach the Alps by car in 20 minutes. Attention: the Alpe di Siusi is closed for private traffic every day from 9:00 am to 05:00 pm. You come to the Alpe di Siusi more comfortable with the cableway, that drives all the time. With your car you need only 3 minutes to the valley station (many free parking) and another 12 minutes with the cableway. On purchase of a Combicard or the skipass, Nordic pass in winter all the busses are included in the price and you can spend relaxed holidays without the car. The bus station is distant from our farm only a few meters.

Bus Service around the Alpe di Siusi
Mobilcard "Holiday area Alpe di Siusi Live" The Mobilcard "Holiday area Alpe di Siusi live" includes the unlimited use of the Shuttle Bus Service (lines 1,2,3,3A,5,15), ot the Public bus Routes (170,171,176,177,185) and of any other public bus line in South Tyrol. it is issued by the participating accommodation of the four villages of Castelrotto, Siusi, Fiè allo Sciliar and Tires allo Catinaccio and authorizes to buy the Combi Card or Nordic ass at a reduced price. In the shuttle buses and in the buses of the Public Transport the Mobilcard must be validated in case of every journey. Attention: the Mobilcard in not valid for the following lines, Seiser Alm Express (Bus Route 10), Almbus (Bus Route 12), Monte Pana (Bus Route 12) and Nightliner N170. Attention: This card is not valid for the Alpe di Siusi Aerial Cableway.
Shuttle buses (Bus Route 1,2, 3, 3A, 5 and 13)
The following tickets are accepted in the Shuttle Buses as a ticket: Combi Card, Nordic Pass, Mobilcard and all tickets of the Public Transport Services Alto Adige/Südtirol. For all other passengers, the one-day ticket (Euro 1,50), the three-day ticket (Euro 3,00) and the seven-day ticket (Euro 5,00). The three-day and seven-day tickets are available only at the ticket vending machines. The day ticket (Euro 1,50) is also available from your landlord and from the information offices of Siusi and Fiè allo Sciliar and Alpincenter at Castelrotto. It is not possible to purchase tickets in the shuttle buses. Children (0-7) free of charge.
Public Transport Buses (Bus Route 170, 171, 176, 177 and 185)
On public buses there are valid all tickets of the Public Transport Services. The tickets are issued on the bus. Also the Mobilcard Südtirol/Alto Adige is valid on all public services. Tickets for the Shuttle-Buses (1-day, 3-day and 7-day) are not accepted on public services.
Alpe di Siusi Express (Bus Route 10): Siusi > Castelrotto > Alpe di Siusi
The Alpe di Siusi Express is included in the Combi Card and the Nordic Pass. When purchased singly, a round-trip ticket costs: Euro 15,0o. You can purchase tickets directly in buses.
Almbus (Bus Route 11): Compaccio > Saltria
The Almbus is included only in the Combi Card and in the Nordic Pass. Rates for other users: one way ticket Euro 2,0o (you can purchase tickets directly in buses and Automatic Ticket Distribution).
In the buses the dogs must have a muzzle.
Roadblock to the Alpe di Siusi
The road leading to the Alpe di Siusi Nature Protection Reserve is blocked from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. (exception for guests of facilities located in the Alpe di Siusi).

Parking Lots
There is a large free parking lot for buses and cars at the valley station of the Alpe di Siusi Aerial Cableway. The parking fee for the Compatsch Parking Lot on the Alpe di Siusi is Euro 17.00 for cars and Euro 100.00 for buses. New: Car park at the Valley Station (P1) Great car park with two parking level on the Valley Station; Fee: 0.40 Euro/hour, max. 3.00 Euro/day.
Mobil card - be mobile in South Tyrol
It’s highly convenient to travel by buses and trains of the South Tyrolean public transport network. You can visit other towns or valleys, organize hiking tours or just take a sightseeing tour around the country. New bus tickets and special offers will be available in the coming summer season. The Mobil card centro/Mitte includes all buses in South Tyrol, the cable cars to San Genesio, Verano and Renon; it also includes the tramway on the Renon and the funicular railway to the Mendola.
